APARTMENT RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY Check-in time: 5:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM The Pierre & Vacances La Daille residence is located at the entrance of the La Daille area, in Val-d’Isère. It benefits from a convenient location: the road separates the residence from the snow front, which is about a 50-meter walk away, with quick access to the ski lifts and ski school meeting points. La Daille area is a residential and family-friendly neighborhood, offering nearby shops, restaurants, ski rental stores, and ski school offices within immediate reach. Located on the 4th floor with an elevator in building C, this functional studio can accommodate 4 people. It features a set of bunk beds in the entrance, an open kitchen leading into the living area, a bathroom with toilet, as well as a south-facing balcony. - Living room: sofa bed (140x190cm), TV - Kitchen: electric hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine - Entrance: a set of bunkbeds (80x190cm), cupboard - Bathroom: bathtub, sink, hairdryer, toilet - Ski locker on the groundfloor, room n°3 - Balcony: South-facing Included in the price: - Bed linen delivered (self set up required) - Towels - Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen). The apartment must be left in a reasonably clean condition. In cases of excessive mess, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Tourist tax is charged by the municipality of Val d'Isère and depends on the number of adults (18+ years old) - Pets not allowed - Non-smoking apartment *Television: subject to satisfactory operation of TNT. For your information, this accommodation doesn’t come with a parking space. If you’re driving and need to park your car, we highly suggest you to book a parking space with the main Val d’Isère public carpark.

Why we love Val d'Isere

Val d'Isère is luxurious and offers plenty of opportunity to indulge in the finer things in life. If Michelin starred restaurants or extravagant chalets are your cup of tea, look no further. Val D is home to the spectacular Folie Douce which is accessed by a heated gondola in La Daille. On skis, there are two glaciers to explore, various tree runs to master and many mountain top restaurants to enjoy until the sun goes down. Off the mountain, there are ample spas, shopping and bars to keep you busy. To top off your holiday, try a heliskiing trip which will take you over to neighbouring Italy.

Incredible skiing in Val d'Isere

Val d’Isere is one of the most popular ski resorts in the world and it’s for good reason. Many would claim it is the greatest ski area in the world and you’d be hard pressed to find a local who says otherwise. Linked with Tignes you have a whopping 300km ski area to explore with everything from glaciers to sensational off-piste, open bowls, moguls, steeps, couloirs and world class snow parks. The whole area is incredibly high and the north facing slopes help hold the snow. And due to its geographical location, Val d’Isere gets heavy snowfall from multiple weather fronts giving the area one of the best snow records in Europe.

Val d'Isere après ski

The apres ski scene definitely rivals the quality of Val d’Iseres ski slopes. The town is brimming with bars and restaurants and you have no shortage of amazing options when it comes to après ski. All the usual sunset drinks, sophisticated cocktail bars in town or spa options are available. Plus you have some table stomping madness up on the slopes as well. The original Folie Douce brings the Ibiza-style festivities to the slopes. Cocoricos is jammed with live music and Le Petit Danois brings a little Danish flavour to the mix. Take your pick.

What we like

- Luxurious accommodation in a resort that looks how you'd imagine a ski resort - Top chefs, Michelin Star aplenty, but there are heaps of other amazing options as well - The ski area is very hard to beat, with an amazing snow record to boot - Enough apres options that you can find your vibe, whatever you fancy from top-notch spas to dancing on the tables

Worth knowing

- It's not a cheap resort, think London prices - You can catch the train to Bourg-Saint-Maurice and it's a 40 minute taxi from there (plenty of cabs waiting normally as well as a scheduled shuttle if you time it right) - A lot of the hotels have spas you can pay to access even if you are not staying there
